I’m adding a review to talk about the wonderful service that Carillon Beach Rentals provides. Karen is so easy to reach and so responsive to requests. She’s been outstanding to work with, professional but also a caring and warm person. I’m so grateful that my recent rental experience was with her! Carillon is beautiful and wonderful for families. The amenities are outstanding, and the gated neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We’ve been visiting for about 10 years, and it never disappoints. Our favorite spot on the gulf for sure.

Karen, the property manager, is just an outstanding individual. She has been so helpful in helping us find the right house in Carillon. She cares for her renters. If you are considering renting a beach house in this area, she is the one to contact!!!!

My wife and I just completed our third transaction in 4 years with Karen. She represented us when we purchased a Carillon condominium in Sunrise 4 years ago, listed and sold the condo for us this year (listed/sold/closed all in 6 weeks!), and represented us in the purchase of a home in Carillon last month.
