She’s been outstanding to work with, professional but also a caring and warm person. I’m so grateful that my recent rental experience was with her! Carillon is beautiful and wonderful for families. The amenities are outstanding, and the gated neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We’ve been visiting for about 10 years, and it never disappoints. Our favorite spot on the gulf for sure.

My wife and I just completed our third transaction in 4 years with Karen. She represented us when we purchased a Carillon condominium in Sunrise 4 years ago, listed and sold the condo for us this year (listed/sold/closed all in 6 weeks!), and represented us in the purchase of a home in Carillon last month. I’ve been a real estate broker in Georgia for about 30 years, so I feel like I understand what is required to provide excellent service during the buying and selling process. We have chosen Karen for each transaction (and would choose her again!) because she has consistently given us “top drawer” service, stayed in constant contact, been present at every turn, and has always been pleasant, calm, and professional to work with.
