Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach was established in 1995 along the Emerald Coast, just northwest of Panama City Beach. This 107-acre community situated on the Gulf of Mexico and along the scenic 30A highways is a tourist vacation mecca.

The first building in Rosemary Beach was the classic white stucco Town Hall, completed in 1999, which became an anchor point for the architectural design of coastal, New Urbanism across the entire community.

From this initial vision, a vibrant community grew into what it is now a magnificent residential and vacation community along the emerald sea.
